So I had breakfast today 😋 but to be honest I’m just trying to switch things up a bit. I’ve been stuck at 235-238 since the 29th and it’s really really bumming me out. Sometimes I have to remember that this is normal, but another part of me is wondering what I’m doing wrong. I started working out, so that could be the whole reason, but I just don’t know. I really want to be in the 220s, but I feel discouraged 😕 I’m not giving up at all, I just feel a little disappointed. My last extended fast didn’t even really help, it helped me get back to 235, but no new weight. Any tips or advice?

3. One cup of ranch made with @daisybrand and sour cream and a @hidden.valley packet 
4. One cup of shredded cheddar cheese 🧀🧀🧀
5. One cup of @franksredhot hot sauce 🔥🔥🔥

Shred the chicken, microwave the cream cheese until soft, mix in the ranch and hot sauce with the cream cheese then mix in the chicken. Top the mixture with cheese and bake in the oven on 350 for about 15 min 👌🏼🙌🏼🔥

Carla é autora de um dos volumes, de uma coleção de 5 volumes de livros sobre os 10 anos dos IFs lançada pelo IFRS, que contém artigos sobre as práticas pedagógicas desenvolvidas em nossas instituições entre 2008 e 2018.

A ideia é deixar uma coleção em cada campus do país e como está aqui na nossa terrinha, Manaus, veio fazer a doação pessoalmente 📚🥰 Os títulos dos livros são:

Coaches who actually know what theyre doing, not just selling you a product for commission, will develop a plan that works for you based on your needs and actually listening to your struggles and concerns. .
One way isnt the best way.

If moderation for you is eating a donut every once in a while (these Vegan Blubes were so good), fantastic.

If avoiding processed sugar for a period of time is best for you, great.

If intermittent fasting or carb cycling is what keeps you adherent to your diet, rad. .
Theres no right or wrong here. Fat loss will always be calories in versus calories out strategized in a way that clicks personally! .
