The lifting of weights causes the body to increase muscle mass. The food you eat is used for the body to recycle and create new muscles. Elevation also raises the appetite to consume more. When weights are not raised or do not properly, all the extra calories you eat are contained as fat. Thats the case for people who eat more calories than they burn.  If youre hardgainer and ectomorphic like me, its the only way to lift you automatically increases your weight. Rest, the muscles have to rest to recover. Unless you train them with millions of workouts every day, you cant grow. Skinny guys dont need more than 3 full body training sessions a week. You will not gain weight by doing more. The more calories you consume in the gym and the more calories you have to eat to build a food deficit, the more the calories you have to eat. Cardio isnt a good idea, therefore. Make the minimum necessary for muscle gain. So ,just listen to your daddy πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.It has been happening to me throughout my workout routines .
