Haven't been in the gym for 3 days now with today being my 4th day away. I can honestly say its been valuable to take a few days away and refresh, but I am thrilled to be back in and training tomorrow morning. Hopefully with only making improvements overall in my training until we begin to cut in February. I think these past few days have been the longest length of days I have taken out of the gym in years. Honestly so weird not being in the gym and can learn how much you enjoy it in your everyday when its not in my daily routine.
This week ahead will be busy and I am stressed to say the bare minimum, but once I finish up my last final of the semester Saturday evening. I will get to fully kick back an enjoy winter break. You best believe I am ready for that! 💜💜💜💜
