GETTING BACK INTO THE GROOVE OF THINGS👇🏼
Sometimes when you get out of routine for a lengthy period of time, it gets SO hard to get back into it and feel motivated again. I’ve been struggling for a bit with this, but I feel like I’m finally starting to get back into the groove. Here’s a few ways/tips that helped me👇🏼☺️ 🌸write down what you want to get done
🌸tell a friend or family member what you want to get done (once you put it out in the universe, your attachment to it sometimes increases)
🌸change up your workout routine or create a new one (if you’ve never followed one)
🌸listen to podcasts related to your goals or vision
🌸find your ‘why’
🌸allow yourself to be rewarded when you accomplish what you want to accomplish
🌸set a sleeping schedule; maybe even try to wake up earlier to get more done (I’m struggling with this one lol)
🌸eat well/put effort into making your food
🌸HANG AROUND LIKE-MINDED, POSITIVE PEOPLE or just people that support you. It’s extremely hard to get stuff done around unmotivated people🤷🏻‍♀️
🌸totally optional - but maybe try reading self development books if that’s your kind of vibe
🌸speaking of vibe, create your vibe in your daily spaces. For instance - organize or decorate your room in a way that will get you to work towards your goals. Clean your room, maybe add a few posters, buy essential oil diffusers (idk?!)

At the end of the day: make sure you’re doing this for YOU & remember that this is your path and no one else’s. So your success is not related to someone else’s or vice versa. Do it for you.🌟good luck friends🙏🏻in it together

Barbell heavy weight shoulder width squats 
5x8-10 (1 warm up set-light weight)
