Time to get those butts in gear. Tomorrow is a new week, time to start fresh and set new goals for yourself. This is the time of year where people start to fall off the wagon as the holiday season has begun. But the important thing to remember is to stick to your fitness routine as best as you can. Set realistic goals for this time of year.  Make sure to still get those workouts in even if it’s only a 1/2 hour session and drink plenty of water.  Also try to stick to a healthy meal plan, obviously during those nights out you can indulge it is the season and you do need to have fun and enjoy yourself. Just remember it’s all about balance and staying focused. After all: if it’s important to you, you will find a way, if it’s not, you will find an excuse. Instead of focusing on restricting how much you eat, first look at WHAT you’re eating. Are you getting enough fruits, vegetable, lean proteins etc. or have you been eating more chocolate, more chips, more processed foods than you’d like to admit...? Focus on eating well and eating often than starving yourself.
